Fisnik Xhelili is the deputy editor-in-chief at "Portalb.mk". He graduated in International Communication, and is currently pursuing his master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy. Fisnik is a co-founder of the Center for Equal Opportunities "Mollëkuqja".
